Level 1 support

Horizon Level 1 support works for our clients by:

  • Performing a daily Morning Check, sent to the client at the start of the day to confirm application readiness​
  • Answering front-office user questions about Horizon
  • Helping users configure their screen for better productivity and user experience
  • Solving Production issues
  • Performing market rehearsals

Real-time monitoring

  • Infrastructure monitoring (CPU, RAM, Disk, network)
  • Middleware monitoring (database, java health checks)
  • Application and business monitoring (market gateway status, client’s connectivity, license)
  • Active alerting option for critical platform sensors
  • Platform KPI summaries in a dynamic dashboard
  • Daily Morning Check emailed to the client
